What does a dietitian eat? (Part 3 of 4)

This was perhaps the toughest MyPyramid to make, because this dietetic intern seems to eat a healthy, 98% vegetarian diet, 98% of the time. Her only saving grace is that she has a certain weakness for chocolate, which I personally can respect. 🙂 Although it hasn’t been recorded, I’m pretty sure all of the main dishes she cooks have at least 1 of these food groups in them, which is fine by me because thanks to her, I’ve actually grown to like the taste of squash.

So here you go: the third, true and honest example of what a dietitian eats:

    Speaking of squash, I was introduced to spaghetti squash this fall–what a fabulous vegetable! It actually does look and feel like spaghetti when cooked and scraped out with a fork! I made some alfredo sauce to go with it along with sauteed veggies and shrimp, and , voila!, a main dish, nearly all vegetarian!

    This diet looks familiar. Dark Chocolate covered almonds are the best.
